LW400 Advanced Legal Systems
This course allows the student to explore in depth the evolution of the legal systems that exist in the South Pacific today, especially the legal sysem of the student's own country. The course also enable the student to investigate and consider and discuss the operation of those legal systems today.
This is a core course for students undertaking the LLM degree, and there will be satellite discussions and the preparation of written assignments.
