Aspects of property management covered in the course include property market economics, preparing a property management plan, conducting market and property analyses, roles of real estate agents, property appraisals and valuations, selling real estate, sales and purchase agreements, building measurements, owner and tenant relationships, mediating between owner and tenant, property inspections, lease negotiations, property maintenance, financial management, preparing an operating budget, managing cash flow, 5-year budget forecasts, risk management in property management, managing unique and specialised properties.
