Those currently in the industry may already hold much of the underpinning knowledge and skills required to demonstrate competency. This qualification reflects the roles of individuals delivering training and assessment services in the vocational education and training (VET) sector.  It is also relevant for those wishing to deliver one-on-one mentoring to staff, coaching students or training of apprentices or trainees. Successful participants will also be qualified to conduct workplace assessments and skills audits.
