This course is designed to provide an understanding of laws relating to Companies and
Partnership in the countries of the USP region. In addition, the course is aimed at developing
a more focused ability to interpret, analyse and apply the laws relating to Companies and Partnerships in the context of the South Pacific jurisdictions. The course examines in detail the nature and formation of registered Companies and Partnerships. The course also considers issues in Capital, Maintenance of Capital and the Management of Companies and Partnerships.
