Moodle Login Issues - Account Deactivation

Dear students,

If you are having login issues with Moodle and Student SOLS, it is probably because your account has been deactivated.

Fee Deadlines and Deregistration

Students who have not paid any fee nor signed up to an Installment Payment Plan for the current term, will have their accounts deactivated on 25 March 2021 (Trimester and PDLP students) and 06 April (Semester-based students) respectively.
A student with a deactivated account will not have access to Moodle or other facilities, and cannot sit exams, or submit other assessment items. Students’ accounts can only be re-activated after they pay all outstanding fees or alternatively make arrangements to pay by installments.
