Some of you may have faced difficulties in logging into ICT services over the last few days – for those of you who haven’t effected a resolution with IT Helpdesk staff to their issues, please heed the following advice:
Use Passwords on Offer Letters:
Students are advised to use the initial passwords issued with their Offer Letters - for those students who may not have your Offer Letters to hand, these password details will be sent to your alternative email addresses that were used to receive your Offer Letters.
Call or Email USP IT Services:
For student who still continue to face difficulties in logging into ICT services after the above, you may call USP IT Services on +679 323 2117 or email USP IT Services on email@example.com to effect a password change with ITS Staff – although you will be required to confirm confidential information.
Visit Your Nearest ITS Helpdesk:
For those students who still continue to face difficulties after the above measures, please visit your nearest ITS Helpdesk to manually effect the necessary login changes.
